Apartment is also an oddly large 3 bedroom for the location/price with 6 seater couch, and separate kitchen with tonnes of cabinet space. The room is also silent even in the morning when garbage trucks and car horns are going insane.

Roof access, furnished kitchen.

2 roommates are clean and working from home in bedrooms so living room is free throughout the day.

Current roommates are 24 and 29 from Nashville and SF working in the tech and finance industries. Totally fine with drinking, guests etc.
