First and foremost, I love my location! This is such a convenient place to live - I can be anyplace shopping district, entertainment, Austin in no time! As far as great features of the house itself - well, I really like the open floor plan and the huge kitchen with plenty of counter space. The walk-in pantry is a big plus! The living area is very open with abundant natural light (also have 2 skylights). I really like having all the bedrooms upstairs. For spring and summer times I love the outdoor covered deck and patio for relaxing time in the backyard. Our evening ritual is to spend quiet time there, just catching up and reconnecting. We love our lot the home is located on with room for play for kids with no traffic and no homes behind or in front of us. We have been very pleased with the schools too. Plus, I cannot say enough about the amenities. Milburn Park and the swimming pool is always great for kids and there are several sports and entertainment activities happening around the neighborhood. and I could go on and on.
