My fiance and I are looking for a subletter of our furnished 1 bedroom West Village apartment starting as soon as the 2nd or 3rd week of October. The location literally can't be beat. In the heart of the West Village near the 1 at Christopher Street. It's a small fifth floor walkup, but at a great (West Village) price. Available for up to a year, but may be open to shorter term as well. Apartment will be left furnished so ideal for someone new to the city or looking for a temporary spot.
