The absolute best part of the apartment is it's private roof top space. Accessed via the ladder in the apartment, there is a large furnished rooftop. Your space is your own! It takes up about 1/3 of the entire building's rooftop. This space has been a god send during covid times. It's been large enough to have small socially distanced gatherings outside.

We are sub-leasing with permission of the building so you will be required to be approved with them. Our current lease is $2,750 a month. While the current price reflects the market, the sub-letter will need to be approved at this amount.
