Symphony house!  Gorgeous upgraded doorman building.  Rooftop expansive gym and pool, plus outdoor landscape rooftop deck with seating for work or pleasure  There is also a huge business space for work, printers, copiers, free coffee, etc.  The unit itself is so gorgeous. It's a bright corner unit with a balcony   Soooo much closet space, huge windows .  The rent is way below market price. I I'm flexible on dates. Also open to sublet!  Move in date flexible! I have a glass kitchen table in the unit that is not shown in the pics, happy to leave that for you.   Although there is no washer dryer in the unit, they  have a laundry room on each floor. It is two doors down and it is so sparkling clean it's amazing and it really is like having the washer dryer in your unit without the electricity bill and issues cleaning it. They clean it daily.  Look up Symphony House online and you will see how beautiful the building is. It's probably the best building in the city and it's one block from the park and whole foods/twc.
