Katherine was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful in our apartment search and guided my roommate and I though the entire rental process and subsequent lease signing. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment in lower Manhattan!

Looking for an apartment for your college student can be very stressful. Katherine made it as close to stress free as you can get. When I reached out to her she answered right away. This was a sign of good things to come. Each time either my daughter or I had a question or concern she answered promptly. She listened to both my daughter and I on what our needs were. The very next day she met my daughter and showed her apartments that were perfect for her. Once my daughter choose an apartment Katherine helped us every step of the way with the application and finalizing the lease. She was very attentive to both me and my daughter. I cannot thank Katherine enough.

Katherine was so incredibly helpful in getting my apartment. She is super responsive and will do everything in her ability to help you out. Can't recommend enough!
Katherine was fantastic! I had been looking at studio apartments for about 2 weeks with minimal guidance and apartments kept getting taken off the market from under me. Katherine went above and beyond to ensure I got the apartment I was looking for and made sure my application got in first. I was approved for my apartment in less than 2 business days thanks to Katherine’s assistance.
Katherine was amazing to work with she helped me every step of the way when it came to finding a nyc apartment which can be extremely difficult ! She always responded fast and answered all the questions I had. If I ever need to find another apartment I would definitely contact Katherine again .
Katherine was a tremendous help navigating the apartment hunt, and quickly locking down a great spot!
Katherine was very helpful and helped me find the apartment I was looking for. In addition, she was lovely, patient, and assisted me during the application process. There aren’t enough kind things I could say.
Katherine was great and a huge help! She was communicative and went above and beyond. I found my dream apartment because of her.
Katherine was the absolute best, she spent all day with me going from place to place. Every apartment she showed me was great and within my price range. I ended up in a great apartment and got a great deal, can’t thank her enough!
Katherine was amazing. She spent the entire day with me looking at different units and went out of her way to make sure I got the perfect deal and apartment to suit my needs. She is very hands on. When the time comes for me to look for another apartment, I will definitely be reaching back out to her. Highly recommend!!
Katherine was amazing to work with on finding us the perfect home. She was extremely dedicated and responsive and it was clear she did a ton of research before showing us around. Even after showing us apartments she continued to be responsive and helpful when filling out applications and sorting through issues with buildings. I would 100% work with her again!
We were so fortunate to have met Katherine. She was the first realtor we worked with in NYC and she truly went above and beyond the call of duty. She works at a professional, efficient, and realistic pace. She is down to earth and easy to talk to, you describe what you need, where you need it, and for how much, and she will find it. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area (history, food, neighborhood, rental market) and will share that knowledge with you. She is honest, humble, and really gets to know her clients and advocates for their wants and needs. She was so patient and sweet, showing her kindness to not just us as clients but my entire family. She went above and beyond to help us find an apartment and once we found the one that was right for us she did the same to make sure we secured it. We know, without a doubt, that anytime we need to move again, she will be the first person we call. We truly wouldn't want to work with anyone else. If (and when!) you work with Katherine, you will feel the same way.

Don’t waste your time with second-rate or third-rate brokers. Katherine is first-rate. My fiancé and I were limited in our time in New York, and we had strict requirements for an apartment. Katherine rallied to the cause, she remained painstakingly sensitive to all our needs, scrupulously organized for us more than a dozen showings — last minute— over the course of two short days, and finally in the end, thanks to her artful, exacting and tireless negotiations with our new landlord, secured for us the apartment of our dreams at the price of our dreams. She’s extraordinarily congenial, highly sensitive to buyer / renter requirements and specifications, generous with her time, and so obviously steadfastly committed to nothing short of a successful outcome for the renter / buyer.
Katherine did an amazing job and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond by making a profile for me and made the decision so much easier for me. A real pro.
Katherine was a pleasure to work with. It is almost like she knew exactly what we were looking for, and tailored her showings specifically to us. Upon lease signing, she was able to negotiate a fair rent price and make the whole process seamless. I would recommend Katherine to anyone searching for their next apartment.
Katherine was great and very patient with us! Thank you for helping us find our dream apartment and negotiating such a great deal for us :) I highly recommend her
Katherine was an awesome broker! She was professional, kind and on top of everything. After weeks' long searches with other brokers who seemed to not have our best interest in mind, she helped us find an apartment we loved the first day that we viewed with her (we applied that same day). She was really able to narrow down our search and only showed us apartments that fit our criteria which was much appreciated. The whole process was smooth and seamless thanks to her and I would recommend Katherine for anyone looking for an apartment!
