ABOUT THIS LISTER
I'm a Pratt Institute alumni, I studied architecture and have lived in this apartment for the last 6 years. I absolutely love the apartment and my neighborhood, it really is a special place. I'm currently unable to stay in the city but would not like to loose this studio apartment which is why I'm looking for a renter to sublet it completely furnished. I have a great relationship with my landlord, and they're by far the most responsive and amazing landlords I've had since I moved to the city 10 years ago.
