Sunny 1 bedroom apartment in Astoria walking distance from all of the bars, restaurants and cafes and only a few minutes walk to the Broadway subways station to Manhattan
Looking to rent out for the months of January and Febuary but also have available dates to kick off last week of December before New Years. Bedroom has 1 Queen bed with Smart TV.
Living room also has a Smart TV with a couch that pulls out into a firm queen which is great to watch movies with your feet up or for sleeping, just layer on the mattress topper. Living room also has a standing desk for working.
Bathroom is clean and tidy with perfect tub to take a hot bubble bath with a glass of wine, just bring some candles.
Full kitchen with coffee maker and all necessities for cooking (pots, pans, spices, olive oil etc)
Stree parking is great, just remember to move your car on Thursdays and Fridays
Within walking distance to several supermarkets, recommend City Fresh Market where you'll also find a Rite Aid and a Chase. Best pizza is the Margharita from Rosas Pizza.

Astoria is a quiet and relaxed neighborhood nestled in between
the East River and LaGuardia Airport. Mostly residential, this
neighborhood has many hidden gems like restaurants, museums, art
galleries, and performance venues. Perfect for those seeking a

Astoria is named for John Jacob Astor, the very first
multi-millionaire in the United States. Back when the area was
colonized in 1652, Astoria was originally called "Hallet's Cove."
That name persisted until the neighborhood was officially named a
town in 1839, when the residents were trying to persuade Astor to
invest in the area.
Astor did end up investing and the town of Astoria lasted around
30 years before being absorbed into Long Island City in 1870, and
then into the Great New York City as a part of Queens in 1898. As
the population grew and industry came to Queens…
