Seeking an easy-going, nice, professional, female roommate to take over lease in a two bedroom East Harlem Apartment beginning mid-late December.

A bit about your potential roommate:

Hello! I'm a 28 year old designer working in Beauty. I have a pretty regular work schedule so I'm out of the house early in the morning and back in the late evening. I am very laid back and low-key, I like to spend weekends relaxing in the apartment and cook occasionally during the week. I don't smoke or use drugs and am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.

Fun Facts and History of Harlem

Harlem is so huge that each spot has its own unique history. For example, West and Central Harlem were burned to the ground during the American Revolution, whereas East Harlem wasn't really developed until the 1860's.
