The space
With two seating areas, both equipped with smart TVs and futons for extra sleeping space, this pet-friendly home has a fenced backyard featuring a grassy area, picnic table, patio with rocking chairs, and a grill. Its location only a mile from Downtown Nampa provides quick access to the freeway to explore the rest of the Treasure Valley. Housemates have full access to the house, driveway, and yard. However, the detached garage and shed are locked for owner use only, and the closet under the stairs is locked for cleaning crew and property manager use only.

Housemates are expected to read and honor the house rules. No gatherings or parties are allowed, and only booked housemates can be present at any time unless approved in advance and additional fees are paid. Depending on pets and/or length of stay, an additional security deposit may be required. Booking implies an agreement to pay any fees/deposits and to honor the house rules. This home is pet-friendly for up to two pets, and the pet fee is $60 for one pet and $120 for two pets to maintain the condition of the home. As the home is older construction, the ceiling height is lower than typical (around 8ft), there is no handrail on the stairs to the backyard/basement, and the basement windows are small.
Guest access
Housemates have access to the entire home, yard, and driveway. However, the detached garage is locked and reserved for the owner's use only.
