What do you love about this place?
It's in the single best location in Williamsburg (tons of restaurants walking distance) and the building is located on the water with access to the ferry and a beautiful boardwalk.

Additionally, the building itself has every amenity you can imagine. Huge outdoor area to host guests with grills, multiple tables, and a deck to suntan. There is a full gym, locker rooms (men and women), a sauna, a steamroom, a lap pool, a jacuzzi, a basketball court, a screening room, a lobby with full wifi and tables to work from (pool table as well), and a virtual golf simulator.

What isn't so great about this place?
Honestly there is very little to complain about. If I had to nitpick it would be the company that manages the amenities can be a tad annoying with rules (right now during covid you need to book time in the gym through the buildings system or they told me I could not play spike ball one time in the common area as it could bother other guests), but it really is not that bad.
