Introducing Townhome 22 on Huntington Street in Brooklyn. This impressive 3-bedroom/convertible 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom 3-story home is meticulously crafted with a roof terrace, 2 balconies, and 30‘ deep backyard, along with a dedicated parking space for your convenience. Enter this exquisite residence and be immediately captivated by the abundant natural sunlight streaming through larger-than-life windows, illuminating the PID white oak wide plank brushed hardwood flooring throughout.

The kitchen, a grand masterpiece, is the focal point at the center of the first floor. As pleasing as it is practical, Porcelanosa light wood custom cabinets with stylish matte black Kohler fixtures create an elegant and functional space, highlighted by a granite waterfall island with matching sleek single slab backsplash. Miele appliances, including a 6-burner gas range, a fully integrated paneled dishwasher and wine refrigerator, along with a kitchen sink garbage disposal and Sharp drawer microwave, combine high-tech functionality with timeless design. Prepare culinary delights on the luxe stovetop and oven, complete with a Miele vented range hood. This kitchen is a chef's dream come true.

Spa-style bathrooms adorned with porcelain tiled walls envelop you in luxury. A custom satin nickel and glass enclosure invites you to shower in style. The Italian porcelain flooring provides a touch of sophistication. Kohler toilets and vanities, dovetail mirrors and full-length recessed Robern medicine cabinets elevate your daily routine. Spacious bedrooms with ensuite baths, an exquisite all-marble primary bathroom with radiant heated floors, and the convenience of a second-floor laundry room complete with a washer and dryer represent the pinnacle of style and
outstanding convenience. Meticulously constructed, the home also features Shaker panel solid core doors and central HVAC by LG throughout.

Step outside and delight in multiple opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. The main level backyard is a great place for gardening and unwinding or partake in an outdoor activity with loved ones. The third-floor private balconies off the bedrooms are wonderful spaces to enjoy your morning brew and catch the sunrise; the roof deck terrace is perfect for sunsets showcasing views of the Manhattan skyline.

The fascinating waterfront community of Red Hook is certainly Brooklyn‘s best kept secret. Locals enjoy great restaurants such as Red Hook Lobster Pound, the popular New England-style seafood eatery; Hometown Bar-B-Que, a spacious spot serving Texas-style brisket; also Defonte‘s, a sandwich shop that‘s been a fixture in the neighborhood since 1922, known for its supersized heroes. Subtle remnants of the neighborhood‘s rich history as a shipping port
remain, evidenced by its industrial aesthetic and cobblestone streets. It‘s now re-invigorated, enriched with museums, art studios, performance spaces, eclectic boutiques, craft breweries, and even a winery, which draw throngs from Manhattan and neighboring boroughs to experience it all, plus the glorious views of the Statue of Liberty at Louis Valentino, Jr. Park and Pier!

All in your ”backyard“! Don't miss your chance to live in this charming neighborhood and call 22 Huntington Street home.

Red Hook is a fun filled, waterfront, residential neighborhood right next to Carroll Gardens. While most people think of Red Hook as "The neighborhood with the IKEA," there's so much more to see here, including museums, restaurants, and even an art gallery or two.

Fun Facts and History of Red Hook

Named by the Dutch for the red clay that was found here when the area was colonized in 1636. The area was used for shipping and family estates until the American Revolution, when a large fort, called Fort Defiance, was built just before the Battle of Long Island.

The 1800's saw Red Hook transform into an industrial powerhouse. The ports were revitalized between the 1840's and 60's due to the deepening of the Gowanus canal and increased business from the formation of the Erie Canal.
