We require 2 forms of ID (1 government issued, 1 photo ID) – for each applicant
Proof of income – combined income from all applicants needs to be 2.5x the amount of rent
Deposit paid in either personal check, cashier's check or money order (The deposit can be used to hold an apartment for 5 days before rent needs to be made on the unit).
We do not accept anyone with Evictions, Felonies, and/or anyone that owes money to other Property Management Companies. Also, we do not accept Section 8/Vouchers.
