The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, custom wooden cabinetry, and everything you need during your stay. A guest bathroom is located on the first floor with a shower/tub combo. Stairs lead you to the second floor lounge area and sleeping space equipped with a king-size bed. The lounge area features a Smart TV, fireplace and a private balcony overlooking the community and ocean views. The beautifully remodeled bathroom includes a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. There is an additional queen sofa sleeper and a folding cot to sleep for guests.

Guests will enjoy the private patio with jacuzzi and lounging area for entertainment. The lovely and inviting community courtyard area is a great space to enjoy the outdoors with picnic seating areas and a BBQ grill. Laundry facilities are also onsite. The townhome includes one unassigned uncovered parking space, WiFi and air conditioning. The rental is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including household supplies, linens and towels. No smoking. One small to medium dog is permitted with an additional $500 pet security deposit.
