This is the best apartment and building I have ever lived in. If you value living in a luxurious space, this is for you. This would be for a lease take over, the lease ends 3/31/21 and the move in date is flexible (you would be able to renew if you want!). This could also be a furnished lease take over - happy to discuss.

The apt is about 440 sq ft and the layout is perfect for one person. The apt has a spacious bathroom with rain shower head and a big bathtub. There is a washer/ dryer in the unit and a dishwasher - I told you, its lux : ) There is a lovely amount of light, usually during the day I don't even turn the lights on. There is plenty of room for a queen bed, sofa, dresser, desk as you can see from the pictures. There is a decent sized closet and other storage options as well.

In addition to the apt, you will have access to the most bomb roof in Brooklyn - real talk. There is a swimming pool! Yes, ROOF TOP SWIMMING POOL (its closed for Covid, but I am told will be open this summer). The rest of the roof is open, is very spacious, green and equipped with wifi - I work up there a lot. There are lots of grills and it truly is a lovely place to spend time. Friends who come visit tell me its like a resort and I agree. This is a 24-hour door man/woman building and the staff who work here are top-notch and very friendly. There is also a gym (closed right now for Covid) and other community spaces that are a great addition to the amenities.

The building is in a great location in the best neighborhood in Brooklyn, on McGuinness blvd, right across the street from a grocery store and a few feet from the best coffee shop, bars, restaurants, and just a few blocks from Transmitter Park.

Its a hard decision to leave but I am taking some time off from New York while I am able to work remotely to help my parents who are preparing their house to sell.
