The first COMPLETE application that is received will be processed first. Complete means that all pet screening is submitted, all parties have completed applications etc. We will process credit report, criminal background check, employment verification, landlord reference and any other checks we deem necessary. We will make 2 contact attempts to contacts you provide in order to verify income, residence, payment history etc. After 2 unanswered attempts we will no longer continue to pursue references and we will move on to the next application. If an application is approved, any remaining un-processed applications will be denied and application fees will be refunded.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $1,495. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy..
