Sunny one bedroom in on the second/top floor in an owner occupied building on 23rd Street btwn 4th and 5th Avenues. Living room is open with a big closet and tons of vintage built in storage. Opens into an eat-in kitchen with a skylight. There is a cozy bedroom with two large windows that overlooks green backyards. It has hardwood floors and there was a gut remodel of the bathroom last year.
Sorry no pets
