DePaul University is a massive private university in the North
Side of Chicago, most of it overlapping with Lincoln Park. The area
around the campus is generally just called DePaul because of the
enormity and reign of the school. Halsted St bounds the region on
the east, Diversey Pkwy on the north and the Chicago River to the
southwest. Contained within DePaul are Lathrop, Wrightwood, and
Ranch Triangle, but renters here may find themselves looking at
apartments in Wicker Park and Bucktown too. Commuters have a have a
choice between the CTA Brown, Purple or Red Line 'L' trains.
Apartments around DePaul are primarily low-rise buildings with
less than ten units. The high student demographic makes for cost
variation in the apartments available. Some two and three-bedroom
rentals can be found for around $2,000 while many luxury units will
be well over $3,000. It is very common for residents to rent
instead of own here.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $1,850. The manager allows pet cats but does not seem to allow dogs. As always, you should ask as early in the process as possible if you have any questions regarding the pet policy.
