Located on a pretty tree-lined side street this beautiful townhouse floor has lots of perks and very recently got some upgrades . The views front and back are unobstructed getting lots of natural light ! Approximately 800SQFT this One Bedroom + Den oozes confidence ! Perks include a sophisticated windowed Galley kitchen with a slate colored countertop , new floors , dishwasher and lots of cabinetry . Its a wonderful cooks kitchen the perfect size too. Additional perks include an IN UNIT WASHER/DRYER ! I liked everything about this spacious floor with a roomy front bedroom and large DEN ! Even the BATHROOM is tasteful and it really is designer quality as well. The space is loftlike but with good separation making it ideal for many set-ups. We have a lot of great images and people rarely give this rental up unless they buy an apartment. Its going to be available as early as March 1 but the start date is a little flexible. A pet is welcome if trained and friendly. This is a smoke-free dwelling .

COBBLE HILL
Classy and hip, Cobble Hill is a neighborhood with beautiful
brownstones and great restaurants. Surrounded by Carroll Gardens,
Boerum Hill, and Brooklyn Heights, this is one of the most sought
after neighborhoods in the borough.
When Cobble Hill was colonized by the Dutch, the area was used
as farmland and a fort. The fort would stay standing throughout the
American Revolution, and was one of the places George Washington
retreated to after the Battle of Long Island.
Cobble Hill was made part of Brooklyn in 1834. In the 1850's,
Brooklyn became extremely popular, and Cobble Hill built a ton of
row houses that are still standing to this day. By the 1880's,
Cobble Hill was packed with middle and upper class residents.
Cobble Hill escaped most of the negative moments NYC faced
during the 20th century. An influx of immigrants kept the
neighborhood afloat during the depression and a revitalization
