DESCRIPTION
I am currently looking for a new roommate to share my apartment located at th Street. With my sister moving out of this apartment and in with her boyfriend, I am on the lookout for a suitable replacement to avoid the hassle of relocating. Our building is conveniently located on th Ave (close to the 1 subway and Whole Foods). The building has  doormen, two gyms, and two rooftop spaces exclusively for tenants use. , it's an ideal place to call home.

My apartment is spacious and has an open floorplan with a kitchen island that is integrated into the living space. There is ample closet space, new appliances and large windows.

A little bit about me - I am  years old and work in real estate private equity. I went to Colgate University and have lived in the city since I graduated in . I am in the office 4 days a week and sometimes WFH on Friday's (mostly during the summer). If you are interested feel free to reach out for more details.

Chelsea is a vibrant neighborhood from humble origins located on the west side of Manhattan between 14th and 34th street. With a ton of things to do, places to see, and some of the most luxurious apartments in the city, Chelsea is a neighborhood that's always looking for the next cool thing to add to the vibe of the area.

Fun Facts and History of Chelsea

Chelsea originally started out as farmland, specifically the farmland of British Major Thomas Clarke. Clarke named his estate "Chelsea" after a district in London and the name stuck ever since. In the early 1800's Clark's daughter sold the land to the city, and Chelsea became an industrial neighborhood.

With industrialization came working class immigrants, who worked the piers and helped build the row houses and low rise apartment complexes that are still around to this day. RENTHOP DESCRIPTION
The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $3,300. This is a luxury doorman / elevator building. The building also boasts a fitness center to help residents stay in great shape. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher. This is a No Fee apartment, meaning the manager or agent should not ask you for a broker fee (there may still be deposits and other move-in fees paid to the landlord).
