DESCRIPTION
This does not get better : Just look at these pictures . A quality Cobble Hill rental in the heart of the neighborhood . Everyone loves Warren Street ; a beautiful leafy block . This rarely available floor thru has some very nice features including a DECK to enjoy year-round ( no cooking on the deck ). Your spacious gourmet kitchen is steps away so prepare the corn on the cob then sit on the deck with a nice bottle of wine and enjoy the intimacy ( views )of Cobble Hills beautiful gardens . The apartment is LOFTLIKE ,very open aside from a DEN where the current renter has made its sleeping area/bedroom ( approx 7AA9). The PARQUET floors are stunning and the Kitchen is also very unique and works great as an EAT-IN Kitchen but I'm sure you'll be outside alot. I rarely am impressed with rental BATHROOMS but this GIANT /WINDOWED Bathroom is wonderful . Approx 750SFT this is a wonderful rental .One cat o/a , must stay in apt.
