Water's Edge Three Bedroom Reservation List - If you wish to apply for a three bedroom apartment at the Water's Edge Apartments, simply fill out this online application and submit your $50 application fee, payable by credit card at the conclusion of the application. By completing this application, you are indicating that you have read and understand the following terms:
1. The $50 application fee is non-refundable and is to be paid upon completion of your online application. Your wait list application will not be dated until the fee is paid.
2. You will have the opportunity to select an apartment at the Water's Edge community before apartments are offered to the general public.
