Beautiful UWS studio available December 23rd. 375 square feet and my bed is lofted so feels much bigger. Full kitchen, space for a couch, desk & extra. Nice big bathroom. It's got a big window and beautiful view of Columbus Avenue. Nice to sit out on the fire escape! Steps away from Central Park, Trader Joes, the Museum of Natural History, Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle among other awesome places. Great bars/restaurants. Transportation hub: 1, 2 & 3 one block away. A, B, C & D one block in the other direction. Access to cross-town bus at 66th, 72nd, 79th and 86th. 10 minutes to campus. Has an elevator and cats & dogs are allowed. Most importantly--clean & GREAT superintendent! Never seen a mouse or a cockroach in the 7 years I've been here. I had a roommate for a while and we never felt caged or that we didn't have enough space. Heat, hot water electric INCLUDED. Safe neighborhood. Really is a great place and I will miss it. There's never a vacancy in this building and all these apartments rent quickly. Short-term (January to February) and option for a lease take-over. $2200 a month.
