The space
Designed with a big open floor plan and plenty of windows, this space is blessed with lots of natural light that gives it an attractive and airy ambience.

The home has 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed with a AC unit installed on the wall. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a ceiling fan to cool you down. The third bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle that pulls out from under the bed. A futon bed is located in the office to help comfortably sleep 8 people in this cozy home.

Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus are logged in on the television to wind down at night, or feel free to log into your other streaming accounts. Kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking needs and coffee station is ready to fuel your fun filled vacation days! Connect to our Amazon Echo speaker and enjoy all your favorite songs and playlists. We've got a Pack and Play and kid friendly utensils to make traveling with your little ones a Breeze!

Backyard is spacious with a dining table seated for 8 and BBQ grill primed for success so you can enjoy meals and memories with friends and loved ones.

Washer and dryer are located in unit. Home office with a prime zoom monitor to take your remote work with you and stay as long as you want!

Housemate access
The neighborhood is very walkable and parking is easy on the street.

Other things to note
We want to be respectful of the neighbors at night. Our home uses a Minut decibel monitor located on the kitchen ceiling. If housemates are creating noise equivalent to 80 dB between 10PM and 7AM for an extended period of time, which is equivalent to standing next to a vacuum cleaner, we will just ask that you turn down the noise during these quiet hours.

We have one Ring security camera that is facing the front door entrance. It is on the exterior of the home and does not face inside the property.
