Pets- We do accept Small Pet Dogs (28 lb max), we also accept indoor Cats ($250 deposit required), but would consider other types of Pets contained in a Cage, Tank, Aquarium, and a deposit would be charged, if over 5 gallons in size. ,Special needs Animals are not classified as Pets.

Utlities- The Owner pays all Utilities, except Water. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes, We do have certain Rules and Restrictions on those types of units, and for this property, we do not see a variance to allow them.
