-$20 application fee for a credit/background check

You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc. NOTE: YOU WILL ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SHARE OF THE RENT

1st Room-$1000 good for King size bed
2nd Room-Taken by young male professional with small dog
3rd Room-Taken by young female professional
