DESCRIPTION
I'm renting my 1 bed / flex 2 bed for most of January 2022 - the 1st to the 28th. I'll be in and out of town during that time. I've fallen in love with the place and its bright light all day. Hardwood floors throughout. Please note this is a four-flight walk up. The building is very close to everything North Williamsburg had to offer - Domino Park, Devocion coffee, restaurants, bars, performance venues, book stores etc. Short walk to the L at Bedford Ave (you're in Manhattan in about 10-15 mins), and the M/J/Z train at Marcy Ave. This is a great trial apartment for folks feeling out the Wburg area / Brooklyn in general.
Just a heads up:
- This will be the last month of my lease, so a broker may need to show the space at some points. They are always polite and respectful and don't take more than 10-15 minutes. I will always give you a heads up before they come. Other than the occasional visit - the space will be yours!
Needed for move in: Security deposit of $1750 + rent will be $1750 plus $100 for utilities and background check.
Please let me know a little bit about yourself and what brings you to Williamsburg if you're interested. Thanks!

offer.
Originally it's own village, Williamsburg has had a long history
as a home for Manhattanites seeking a less-expensive refuge across
the river. Because of the convenience of the village, the
population grew fast. It became the Town of Williamsburg in 1840,
and evolved again into the City of Williamsburg in 1855. However,
Williamsburg was soon incorporated into Brooklyn that same
year.
Once Brooklyn became part of New York City in 1898, more
transportation options were added, making Williamsburg very
popular, especially among immigrant populations. Post-WWII, it
became home to many Hasidic Jews as well as people from Puerto Rico
