Apartment:
I have a great room available in Ridgewood, Queens 1 min walk from M train off of the Forest Ave stop. The room is located in a newly renovated building. New kitchen, bathroom, wooden floors and large windows . My room is located on the opposite side of my roommates room next to the kitchen. The bathroom is located on the other side of the apartment. This apartment comes with a small backyard and a large room in the basement that only our unit has access to.

Room:
My room is a comfortable sized room that fits a queen size bed. I have a spacious closet, which I find to be incredibly convenient . I have two large windows in my room, which gives the room great lighting. There are power outlets around the room, 5 of them. The room is located next to the kitchen, so strolls to the kitchen are rather short.

Roommate:
The best part about this whole thing is your chance to room with a GREAT roommate. Megan is a 25 year old woman who is very easy going, clean and hardworking. Her job requires her to work overnight so from 6pm-2am the apartment is all yours. She has an incredibly sweet cat named Lou. His liter and play area is on the opposite side of the apartment near her room. Megan loves to have company over on weekends and reasonable times during the week. She is truly a gem and is a one of a kind roommate. She's outgoing so if you need a going out buddy she's your gal.

I am looking for a responsible person who can pay rent and utilities on time.

Our landlord requires a proof of income, but allows guarantors.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $1,000. The manager allows pet cats but does not seem to allow dogs. As always, you should ask as early in the process as possible if you have any questions regarding the pet policy.
