This package can include renters' insurance; option B, for those tenants who provide proof of their owner renters' insurance, is $27 per month, payable with rent. The AHI Properties Resident Benefits Package (RBP) delivers savings and convenient, professional services that make taking care of your home second nature. By applying, the Applicant agrees to be enrolled and to pay the applicable cost of $39 per month, payable with rent.
