Let's talk LOCATION!!  Within minutes of FSU, FAMU and TCC!  This VERY  well constructed and beautifully updated "tower" apartment won't last long! This 864 sq. ft. 2-story accessory dwelling offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, brand new remodeled kitchen w/ updated appliances and a beautiful yard. Unit is available but won't be ready to move into for at least 30-60 days. Unfortunately, I can't write a lease until we know the exact move-in availability, and we won't know that until current tenant finds a new place to live. FYI, there is no closet in the second bedroom (the air conditioning unit takes up the entire closet) and the room is small so would need a twin or a full size bed to accommodate an armoire or dresser. If still interested, please do a drive by as this is an "accessory dwelling" two story guest house that was built in the back yard of a house. You must park along Mayhew St and walk through the grass through the gate to get to the building. However, the unit has a small yard and is completely privacy fenced. There is a $1000 security deposit plus $250 non-refundable pet fee (one pet max).
