This is a very large two bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms. The common space is clean, fully furnished and gets wonderful daylight. I stay in the smaller bedroom and am looking for a roommate to take over the master bedroom.  The master bedroom includes a private, newly-renovated full bathroom and a large closet/storage space. There is also a large linen closet right outside of the master bedroom. The building is quiet and chill and the residents are nice. Parking is included as is internet and utilities (there's also street parking). The Q28 stops in front of the building frequently which gets you to the 7 at Flushing/Main Street.

This is an inviting, relaxing space in a super chill/quiet building.  I am a writer and attorney and work from home part of the time (in my room), otherwise I'm in the office and sometimes stay in Manhattan with my family there. I've also travel for extended periods, so there may be times where you have the space to yourself.  When I am here and have time I love to cook (so the kitchen is stocked with all types of cooking utensils/pots/pans/spices/etc.) and explore new food spots in Flushing and Manhattan Chinatown.

I want whoever stays here to enjoy and appreciate the space; it's a great spot to get creative, relax, and have people over for dinner/entertain. Looking for someone who is tidy, cool and respectful and is OK with having people stay over from time to time.  

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $1,800. The building allows easy access via an elevator. The person posting the listing did not specify that any pets were allowed. It may be the case that pets are ok and the manager simply has not yet filled out all the details. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher. This is a No Fee apartment, meaning the manager or agent should not ask you for a broker fee (there may still be deposits and other move-in fees paid to the landlord).
