Rent is $700 per bedroom or $1400 for the whole unit (maximum of 2 tenants). Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi, electricity and water.

Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $500 refundable security deposit is due. Fees are per person. If only one tenant is leasing the entire unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and $1,200 refundable security deposit.
