DESCRIPTION
Welcome Home! This incredible apartment just finished its gut renovation and it is AMAZING. I mean this was gutted all the way down to the floor boards. You would be only the second people to ever live in this place!

Let's start with the neighborhood. This location is PRIME. You are just a few short blocks from Central Park, The Frick Collection, Asia Society and Museum, Hunter College, The New York Interior design school, tons of restaurants and bars, and the Q express just 2 blocks away.

This apartment is incredible. Brand new hardwood floors throughout this quiet rear facing unit. The living room is HUGE and features a separate formal dining room or MASSIVE 2nd bedroom. This interior Gavin unit is very quiet, but also southern facing windows throughout the living area let natural light through so you can get your Vitamin D fix. There is also a washer/Dryer IN UNIT which in new york is like handing you 10 carrot diamond so.....you're welcome.

The kitchen has a brand new renovation with an open concept and breakfast bar. It features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and is perfect for entertaining or keeping an eye on little ones while cooking

The master bedroom is easily big enough to have a king sized bed, a bedroom set, and room left over for cartwheel practice. Just off the master is a gorgeous newly renovated bathroom with a deep soaking tub and new fixtures throughout.

The second bedroom also faces south and is easily big enough for a king sized bed, a full bedroom set, a pilates studio, a horse barn, and hyperbole.

In addition to ALL THIS SPACE there is another small room, former maids quarters, that would be perfect for a home office, nursery, or HUGE Carrie Bradshaw walk in closet.

Reach out ASAP and snatch this up before someone else does!

UPPER EAST SIDE

The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence. Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their 20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.

With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get. All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.

Boundaries of Upper East Side

The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
