The property is located near Mills College, and is convenient to all highways. There's a bus stop right out front for easy access to BART.
The property has keyed access from the sidewalk and also at the front door to the main entrance. There are 25 security cameras. The mailbox system is upgraded and has keyed package bins for US Postal Service delivery, and there is a nice smoothly paved parking lot and driveway with automatic gate.
