DESCRIPTION
NO FEE! This is by far the best deal on the UES under $3k. Photos do NOT do this place justice. Come see it!

A super spacious living room, a king size bedroom, an eat-in kitchen, AC units in the bedroom and living room, and a decorative fireplace detail make this place highly desirable. It's also got eastern and southern exposure in the living room and the whole apartment is very bright. There is no laundry in the building, but laundromats and wash-and-fold services abound in the area. Also within a couple blocks of several grocery stores and the dining and nightlife on the UES is fantastic.

Just a few blocks from the 6 train at 96th and Lexington and the entrance to the Q train at 94th and 2nd Ave- the location rocks for commuters. Cats okay, Dogs ESA or service only.

This one is going fast. Reach out asap to schedule a showing!

**Tenants must make 40x the rent plus have credit over 700.**
**Qualified guarantors also accepted. No short term rentals.**

UPPER EAST SIDE

The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence. Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their 20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.

With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get. All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.

Boundaries of Upper East Side

The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
