Entering the home, you will be refreshed with the open concept and natural light from the outside that brings into the home. An X-Large big comfy sectional lines the living area with room for all with a 65 inches curved tv wall mounted. The kitchen hosts an island with bar stools  so your group can engage with you as you whip up your favorite meal on our five burner stove! In the dining area Dine with your entire group and guests with seating for 8! New appliances. Washer and dryerLaundry room and & cart. Brand new refrigerator water filter system for fresh cold water at the push of a button!  Shower with brand new rain shower head. Also an outside Shower. Outside Tiki-Hut, ping pong table, fire pit, hammock & 2 bikes to enjoy riding around town. Home cleaning will be provided weekly, and they will clean the entire home, wash only sheets, towels, and turn over linens. If you require more, it would need to be determined before signing of the lease. Lawn Maintenance also done weekly. Loss of any items, price will be determined on how damaged items are, however we hope that you treat our home as yours and leave the way you were placed in it.
Available Weekly, Monthly Or the Full Summer as a Rental - Available from 5/23/2024 until 9/3/2024 or longer if needed.

Check in Thursdays by 4PM (No earlier) and Checkout on Thursday No later than 10 AM. Minimum 7 Day Rental at $3,000 - per week (7 Days) Deposit is the same as the rental $3,000 which will be  Refundable, Upon return of home the way it was presented. Will be returned within 30 days after checkout.

If you stay for more than a week, they will come again, they will wash and turn the linens, towels, dishes and clean the home. if you require more, it would need to be discussed, and approved with property manager, so they are made aware ahead of time, and price can be discussed. Garbage days will be posted, Please also be mindful of the neighbors who live here year round and respect the noise ordinances. We just want everyone to have some fun and enjoy the beach!
