There is an occupancy limit of 2 adults for this apartment (18 years of age or older). The total number of people occupying the apartment is enforceable based on Chicago city code. There is no security deposit associated with this apartment.

Seminary Properties allows for most kinds of standard domestic pet (e.g. cats, birds, fish), but dogs of any size, breed, or temperament are not permitted. A Pet Fee of $150 per pet will be owed when you sign your lease, and whenever you choose to renew your lease – i.e. roughly once a year.

About Ravenswood

Ravenswood is an up and coming neighborhood in Chicago's North Side. It is part of the Lincoln Square community area and contains the historic and commercially zoned Lincoln Square district as well as Ravenswood Gardens.
