I know this apartment well as I lived here years ago. I walked in and said to myself I found myself a home ! The apartment is flooded with beautiful light in all the rooms .
One cannot find a better CARROLL GARDENS location either with many known and new additions dotting a sweet Henry street 4 block stretch. It's a little village with several well-known eatery names for morning or evening treats. The apartment has a great layout as the owners recently remodeled creating an additional small windowed room and loading it with outlets for the perfect private workspace ( its approx. 50sqft ) so better than a NOOK.
