A spacious living room with two rooms (1bedroom and 1 office), lots of storage space in a convenient location. The apartment is located in Lower Manhattan (East Village) where you can find a lot of restaurants in the area, parks, gyms, hospitals, schools, Subway stations, grocery stores (Target, Trader joes, Key food .etc) and a lot more.
Street View, Utilities are included (Electricity, Gas, Heat, Water, Internet). you can choose to sleep in the bedroom
or in the living room, I am pretty FIxible with that. I am ok to sleep in the couch and I am also working on weekends (Friday,Saturday,Sunday) so I won't be
sleeping in During these days and you will have the whole apartment for yourself. I am a pre-Medical full-
time student, so I spend most of my time in college during weekdays.
