-- Gym: The complex has a gym that's accessible by key card and is open until 10pm. There are two treadmills, an elliptical, some weights, and a few other machines. There's also a television in there that gets basic cable.

-- Pool Area: There's a big pool in the center of the complex, a large heated jacuzzi, a barbecue, and lots of lounge chairs and tables. It's somehow always clean too, which is a pretty impressive feat for an outdoor pool.

-- Laundry: The laundry room is accessible by key card and has a bunch of washers and dryers ($1.00 and $1.25 respectively).

-- Parking: You get an assigned spot with your apartment. You can also apply for a second spot for some extra monthly payment. Some of the spots are even covered. There is also a nicely sized guest lot in front of the building and maybe ten or so places to street park.

-- Safety: The entire complex is gated. Resident parking is inaccessible to non-residents, and the front gate of the building is locked to non-residents as well. All apartments have multiple locks. There are video cameras everywhere recording video/audio and lots of signs that say so. All the hallways are lit at night, as is the pool area. The gym and laundry are locked as well.

-- Mail: Small centrally located boxes. Larger packages are delivered right to your door by USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.

-- Trash: There's a dumpster area way in the back and several bins for recycling.

-- Cleanliness: Everything here is pretty nice. The pool and gym are always clean, the apartment was spotless when I moved in, and the hallways are always in good order.

-- Surrounding Area: Right between Sepulveda and the 405, which is GREAT. Next door to a Starbucks, a plaza with a great Thai place, Taco Bell, McDonalds, a gas station, CVS, etc.
