DESCRIPTION
Because I'm moving, I need to sublet the master bedroom in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. The other room is occupied by a young professional who works full-time in NYC, and he is friendly, generally quiet and overall a great roommate. The condo is located in Midtown Manhattan. It is a modern building with 24-hour doormen, live-in super, elevators, laundry in building, free gym, heating/AC, pool etc. Apartment is on a high floor (20+), near Whole Foods and multiple subway stations. We are looking for a new roommate starting Feb. 1 until the end of August.  The rent cost is $3500/month, date and price are negotiable. Thanks.
