Beautiful two-bedroom, top-floor apartment in a quiet building on 15th Street in South Slope. Lots of exposed brick and wood detailing, new appliances, and laundry in the building. The entire building was gut renovated right before we moved in in 2017. The master bedroom easily fits a queen bed, and the second bedroom fits a full-sized bed. The large kitchen fits our dining table and an island, has granite counters, and a large dishwasher. Tons of natural light, and so much closet space (five massive closets in total including a pantry). Beautiful hardwood floors and tile throughout. Laundry in the building. Heat and hot water included.
Adjacent to Park Slope, Sunset Park and Windsor Terrace, South Slope is a residential extension of the coveted Park Slope address. The neighborhood is almost twice as densely populated as Brooklyn in the aggregate but the neighborhood is still considered a quiet reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. Those looking to rent their new home in a neighborhood filled with quality restaurants, bars and nail salons nearby may want to look into rental apartment located in South Slope.
