South Lincoln Park Jr One Bedroom w washer dryer - Property Id: 1135370
This luxury high-rise sits proudly in the middle of one of Chicago's hottest new neighborhoods. The shopping, dining, entertainment and grocery options right out the front door seem endless: walk to Whole Foods, the Apple Store, Nordstrom Rack, ArcLight Cinemas, Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! and much, much more. Getting around the city is fairly easy from here; the CTA Red Line train is on the next block (underground) and I-90/94 is just a few minutes' drive away via North Ave. On those days when you're not out and about there's still plenty of on-site amenities to enjoy. Get a workout in at the state-of-the-art gym, entertain in the huge resident lounge with full kitchen and billiards, or simply relax on the outdoor sundeck with pool.
These open concept apartments are stunners with floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors and soaring 9' ceilings. Gourmet kitchens feature granite countertops, Grohe faucets and Poggenpohl cabinets. As you would expect, each unit has a washer and dryer.
