DESCRIPTION
Looking to sublet my fully furnished apartment in a 3-br apartment in Crown Heights for February and March while I'm away in Argentina. Great location on Bedford, just 1 block from all the restaurants/bars/cafes on Franklin Ave. 2/3/4/5 express trains at Franklin, A/C on Nostrand, Shuttle to the Q. Short, lovely walk to Prospect Park, Botanical Gardens, BK Museum, and the main BK Library. Roommates are two clean, super chill dudes - a cocktail bartender and a software developer.
Move in is Feb 1 and move-out is April 2. We'll need a refundable $967 security deposit and first month's rent. No realtor fees. If you're only looking for 1 - 1.5 months, we might be able to work something out

CROWN HEIGHTS
Off the east side of Prospect Park in Central Brooklyn lies the
diverse and lively neighborhood of Crown Heights. Mostly
residential, this neighborhood also boasts a vibrant nightlife and
restaurant scene that makes the area popular with young adults.
Crown Heights began its life a bit later than most Brooklyn
neighborhoods, becoming a residential area only after the
revolutionary war. However, once it got going in the early 1800's,
it quickly became a haven for secondary homes of the wealthy King's
County elite. This popularity only increased when train lines were
extended to the area in the late 1800's.
While many of those older Victorian homes are still around,
brownstone row houses were built in the early 1900's to thrust the
area into the modern day. Around the 1950's Crown Heights began to
see an influx of diversity with large populations of black and
immigrant communities moving into the neighborhood.
