When you apply, an Application Fee of $200.00 per person will be owed for every adult ("adult" meaning "a person who is 18 years of age or older, or a minor living without a guardian") that is applying to live in the apartment. This Application Fee is comprised of a $150.00 down-payment that removes the apartment from the market while your application is being processed, and a $50.00, non-refundable Credit Check Fee. If you are not approved for the apartment, the $150 down-payment will be refunded to you; if you are approved, it will be applied towards the Administrative Fee, with the remainder due when you sign your lease. However, if you decide to cancel your application, you will forfeit the $150.00 down-payment.
