Large, super spacious 2br Railroad in Bushwick. In between the Jefferson and Morgan L stops. 3rd floor walk up.
This is an old un-renovated Railroad, it's got some quirks, the biggest being no sink in the bathroom. This would be a very difficult place for roomates. But a great place for a couple or anyone who wants ample home office/studio space.
It's basically a ton of space for the price and neighborhood. But it's not a modernly renovated place. That's the tradeoff.
