Most of the kitchen and living room stuff is mine so that is mostly move in ready. Feel free to bring your own if you have any. Room is semi furnished with queen bedframe/bed and 5 drawer dresser.
Entire apartment is setup as a smart home! Smart lock on front door allows you to lock/unlock from your phone or smart watch. There is also a ring doorbell.
Each room has a ceiling fan which is great in the summer to help keep things cool.
All of the recessed lights are also connect to google home so control can be completely touchless.
The interior windows facing into the courtyard provide natural light throughout the day without the noise of Seventh Avenue. The apartment provides excellent closet and storage space and recently-updated kitchen/bathroom appliances. Chelsea originally started out as farmland, specifically the farmland of British Major Thomas Clarke. Clarke named his estate "Chelsea" after a district in London and the name stuck ever since. With industrialization came working class immigrants, who worked the piers and helped build the row houses and low rise apartment complexes that are still around to this day.
