DESCRIPTION
2.0 bedroom 1.0 bathroom located at 14 Irving Ave - Unit: 2, Brooklyn in Bushwick. Near the Jefferson St "L",     .

Some of the best features of a loft (high ceilings, exposed brick, good natural light, hardwood floors) but with the modern conveniences of apt living (full bath & kitchen)- Best thing about it is the location. Only 2 min walk to the Jefferson L or 6 minute walk to Morgan L.  NOT big - adorable & comfortable. Apartment shows wayyy better in person. The building's hallways are green (some might say ugly) - still a great deal for the location. THIS IS NOT A RAILROAD!

During the late 1800's, Bushwick garnered more of an Italian population as well, though industry still dominated the neighborhood until after WWII, when many of the factories…
