Gorgeous Duplex Apt in a beautiful neighborhood. Looking for a third roomie for our 3rd bedroom. Looking for a third female roommate in her mid-20's to 30's. We clean the apt once a week, generally on our own time. Move-In ASAP w/ prorated rent for July/August 1st.
Rent:
Queen Room $1,180
Twin Room $925
Utilities are 70-100 a person roughly :) We're willing to offer prorated Rent for an August move-in (we'd adjust rent for the # of days left! And/or we would love a September 1st move-in date.
The second floor is the PRIVATE roof deck and twin size room (925). The first floor is queen room (1180), bathroom, kitchen, living room, balcony, and third roommate's room!

CROWN HEIGHTS
Off the east side of Prospect Park in Central Brooklyn lies the
diverse and lively neighborhood of Crown Heights. Mostly
residential, this neighborhood also boasts a vibrant nightlife and
restaurant scene that makes the area popular with young adults.
Crown Heights began its life a bit later than most Brooklyn
neighborhoods, becoming a residential area only after the
revolutionary war. However, once it got going in the early 1800's,
it quickly became a haven for secondary homes of the wealthy King's
County elite. This popularity only increased when train lines were
extended to the area in the late 1800's.
While many of those older Victorian homes are still around,
brownstone row houses were built in the early 1900's to thrust the
area into the modern day. Around the 1950's Crown Heights began to
see an influx of diversity with large populations of black and
immigrant communities moving into the neighborhood.
