Your bedroom is 10 x 12 and is furnished with a queen platform bed with storage drawers underneath, 4 drawer dresser, corner section sofa, and a full length mirror. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are all furnished, but I am happy to have you bring things that you need. The apartment is very clean with freshly finished hardware floors and with newer appliances. This is a walk up building in a prime location on the UES. You will have access to an unfinished roof as well! Apartment is available September 1st. Right around the corner from the Q subway entrance. Walking distance to local hospitals, 6 subway, supermarkets (Gristedes and Morton Williams), gyms, bars/restaurants, Central Park and East River.
Monthly rent is $2100/month. There is no broker fee. I just ask for a 1 month security deposit. I am also flexible to see how things go and just have a month to month agreement. If you have a pet, I would be open to you bringing your animal.
Please email me if you are interested in coming to view. I am open to M and F professional roommates. Please include a description of who you are and what you do. I look forward to meeting you!

MAP
UPPER EAST SIDE
The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence.
Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the
Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate
and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still
considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in
recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their
20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the
Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.
With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is
only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only
train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even
better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get.
All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no
longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.
The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as
Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
